Some teachers say that the teacher's ability is good, just look at his public class, I think this statement is also lacking. The open class should be evaluated from several aspects: 1. Whether the major difficulties are highlighted. 2. Whether the enthusiasm of the students has been mobilized. 3. Is the process clear? 4. This is also the most important. Students will gain something through your explanation. In the countryside, the quality of public classes is sometimes evaluated only on his acting skills. I know a teacher. Third, teachers' remuneration

The low salary of rural teachers is also an important aspect that makes many teachers lose enthusiasm. The performance pay currently implemented originally gave teachers a glimmer of hope, but this glimmer of hope was also shattered for most teachers. After the "effective distribution" passed by many schools, there are fewer teachers with excellent first-line results than middle-level leaders, not to mention other front-line teachers. The front-line teachers have a large workload and many lessons, but receive very little remuneration. Can this motivate teachers?

Fourth, the effective distribution of teachers

"People go high, and water flows everywhere." This sentence casts an imbalance in the distribution of rural teachers. In schools with difficult conditions, teachers vigorously go to good schools, which has led to poor teachers in poor schools and so-called superbooks in good schools. Overstaffing means overstaffing school teachers is relaxed, while other school teachers are overloaded with work. Can such allocation increase the motivation of teachers?

This is related to the reform of the country's education system. Individuals with qualifications for teachers in China can say that supply exceeds demand. In terms of wages, the gap between the implementation standards of urban and rural areas is not large, and even far higher than that of rural areas. Lack of good teachers

Excellent teachers are the source of school development, but a large number of outstanding rural teachers are constantly transferred to cities, and many are admitted to the civil service. This has brought serious losses to the development of rural education. Why is this happening? This is a question worth pondering. Only by letting this phenomenon go backwards may education have a new vitality. How can this phenomenon be reversed? I want to improve the treatment of teachers and invest heavily to change the rural environment. This is the key. This is also the key to the development of rural education.

7. The problem of left-behind and drop-out of rural students has not been solved well.

As a large number of migrant workers go out to work, leaving the elderly and children at home, the responsibility of guarding the children remains with the elderly, with old ideas and single methods, and many are "hitting and scolding"! No sense of responsibility: "I educated the school". Either the old man's love has formed many bad habits for children, and dropouts have become a common phenomenon among rural students.

Measures for sustainable development of rural education

In the great process of building a new countryside in China, rural education has provided it with strong intellectual support and talent guarantee. It is no exaggeration to say that the success or failure of rural education is directly related to the success or failure of the construction of a new countryside. One can further speculate that rural education, which occupies half of China's education, is directly related to the success or failure of Chinese education. Therefore, the existing problems in rural education in our country are not trivial matters in the backcountry, and must be paid great attention and solved by the public and relevant departments.

1. Strengthen and improve rural basic education. Rural youth are the main force for all future rural development undertakings. In the long run, to improve the quality of farmers, we must attach great importance to basic education in rural areas. First, it is necessary to ensure the realization of the right to education of school-age children at the compulsory education stage in rural areas, and adhere to the basic education for all rural students.

2. The focus of national education investment should be tilted towards rural education. The basic pattern of China's current government investment in education is: the focus of central and provincial fiscal investment is on universities, and there is only a limited number of transfer payments for basic education; financial resources at all levels, including cities, counties, districts, and villages, support the overburdened medium And below secondary education. The central and provincial financial resources should focus on ensuring compulsory education, especially rural compulsory education. The "gap" in funding for rural compulsory education is very large, and it is not something that "trickles" can work. It must attract "surging rivers" to relieve the "thousand hectares of thirsty years of rain".

3. Really solve the problem of schooling difficulties for children of migrant workers. Many children of migrant workers can indeed go to school, but the actual education has reached the limit. When they went to school in the migrant worker school, they scored more than 90 points and returned home. In order to protect the right of migrant workers of the right age to receive compulsory education, local governments and departments should conscientiously implement the policies of the relevant state regulations on compulsory education for migrant children and children, and effectively solve the problem of schooling difficulties for migrant workers' children.

In short, education is the foundation of a nation's survival. I want a country that just shouts slogans without paying attention to education; a country where teachers themselves look down on their professions; a country where teachers are at the bottom of society; a country where the teacher industry constantly loses outstanding talents.
