For the choice of sports, Zhong Rengui suggested that it should be tailored to the person, and choose the simple, convenient, long-term persistence that he is interested in, and try to involve the whole body muscles in activities, without using special equipment. She reminded that exercise time should be as good as possible 1 hour after meals, especially after breakfast, because this time is the highest blood glucose in the day; do not induce hypoglycemia on fasting or when insulin and glucose-lowering drugs are most effective Avoid taking meals after taking exercise; try not to choose areas where thigh muscles are active during exercise. Exercise must be persistent in order to play a therapeutic role, because the positive effects of exercise can be manifested within 1-2 weeks after exercise, but if you do not adhere to exercise, it will quickly disappear after another 1-2 days. At least 5 days a week, 30-60 minutes a day.
